Wisconsin Wellness is an outpatient mental health practice designed to improve the lives of individuals, their families, and the community, who are struggling with mental health challenges within Central Wisconsin from all walks of life. We are in network with Network Health, HPS, Prairie States and Medicaid (Forward Health) for Wisconsin. In addition, we will work with everyone individually to make sure they can receive care without causing financial difficulties.
